Maksymilian Radawski

Born 1992 in Tomaszów Lubelski, Poland. Graduated from University of the Arts in Poznań from the Department of Photography. Radawski is a visual artist combining photography with other media, thus creating multi-element works exploring artist’s interest in metaphysics of image, relations between its evanescence and persistence. Radawski is inspired in natural forms like stone, wood or elements (esp. water). In artist’s works their ephemeral yet everlasting qualities become intertwined with qualities of the image itself creating polyphony of meanings, discourses and artistic idiolects. Since 2017 Radawski works as an assistant in 7th Studio of Photography on University of the Arts in Poznań.

2021- Exhibition "Common Ground”, exhibition as part of the Warsaw Gallery Weekend, in a duet with Keke Vilabelda, Nowe Miejsce - al. Jerozolimskie 51 in Warsaw.

2020- Group exhibition “I’ll be your image” within TIFF Festival in Krupa Gallery in
Wrocław.

2019- Solo exhibition ‘Inclusio I’ within 100/100 - 100 exhibitions for 100th anniversary of
UAP in Rotunda Gallery in Poznań.

2018- Art curator of “On Monarchs flutter” within OFF Festival in Bratislava.

2018- Group exhibition “Error 404” within 6 Mediations Biennale Poznań in R20 Gallery in
Poznań.

2018- Group exhibition of lecturers from the Department of Photography “ #evanescence” in
Big UAP Stage in Poznań.

2018- Art curator of “Unobvious 2018” exhibition- exhibition of selected diploma works of
students of the Department of Photography at the University of Arts in Poznań in Curator’s
