Mbongeni Mhlongo

Mbongeni's work is inspired by music and dance, he captures motion, mood and the rhythm to engage the viewer into the beauty of his musical work. He considers his artwork as visual music and expresses his feelings musically on piece of canvas singing his songs with a paintbrush.
The body of his work is largely figures, evolving from abstract images to recognisable elements using vibrant colours, texture and 3D effects.
