Megan Harmer

Born in Redcliffe, Queensland, Australia. A budding artist from a young age. Over time I created a series of illustrations in sketchbooks documenting my journey through life, these have been transformed into limited edition monochrome prints, a series of paintings and unique sculptures.

Exhibiting internationally since 2010, with creative goals achieved in 2015 when 5 of my paintings were exhibited in a group exhibition at presented by Agora Gallery, New York City.

In June 2022 12 paintings were exhibited in my first solo exhibition in Milan, Italy. Presented by Monteoliveto Gallery at Spazio Tadini Home Museum.

Most recently I have created a series of ornate ceramic wall art sculptures themed around the elements of nature.

An arts major with a Bachelor of Visual Art in Fine Art at Griffith University (Queensland College of Art) majoring in Printmaking and minoring in Ceramics.

Completed an Advanced Certificate in Graphic Design and Certificate in web publishing at CATC Design School in Brisbane.

2024 September 6-8, Exhibited in Video Display curated by Circle Arts at EuropArtFair, Amsterdam, Gashouder Westergas Amsterdam, Netherlands represented by Circle Foundation for the Arts.

2024 August Received an "Honorable Mention Award' for artwork displaying originality, uniqueness and remarkable aesthetic, competing in all visual art categories for participation in the October 2024 exhibit "New York I love you" at Agora Gallery, Chelsea New York. Presented by Circle Foundation for the Arts.

2024 July Two Phoenix Sculpture Artworks #5 and #3 published in Masterful Minds Digital Magazine #2 curated by Circle Arts and published by World Wide Art.
