Michele Paris

Michèle Paris is a self-taught visual artist. She was born in Parisville, Quebec, an agricultural village. After completing her university studies in science in Montreal, she settled in Lévis in 1988. Since then, she has divided her time between the St. Lawrence River and the Appalachian Mountains.

Michèle Paris has been painting in acrylics and watercolors since 2010 and has been sharing her art since 2017. The experience of being a gallery member gave her the impetus to transition from a hobby to a professional practice.

Humanity and the environment are themes the artist explores, acting as an amplifier, drawing attention to the fragile and arousing emotion.

Michèle Paris's artistic work has been recognized and selected for public presentation in galleries and at numerous symposiums and exhibitions.
