Milivoje Jocic

A Serbian art, documentary, and travel photographer.
With his photography, he tries to capture the right moment that speaks of the life and culture of his characters.
He likes to focus on provocative, visually interesting moments. The author's entire work radiates nostalgia for a world that is irretrievably disappearing under the dictates of globalization.
Born in Belgrade in 1960.
After finishing Flight Academy flew for JAT (Yugoslav Air Transport) till 1992.
Since 1992 live in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Studied photography with Rudolf Lendel, a professor at the department of photography and new media at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. Workshops: Chien-Chi Chang, William Ropp, Matúš Zajac and Maciek Nabrdalik.

Sixteen solo and five group exhibitions in Slovakia, Czechia, Montenegro, and Italy.
