Art has always been part of my life, but I only decided recently to focus fully on practicing visual arts.
My main focus is on abstract canvases, collages and modern portraiture.
I use various techniques and materials, including acrylic, cement, glass, pastels and watercolours. I work in series and usually starting from sketches, which I refer back to and use as a base for choosing format, materials and technique.
Every piece is unique, with its own identity, story and dedicated soundtrack.
There is no rule or structure for developing an idea. I am not looking for representation of reality in my work. I rather search for a balance of colour, light and texture. A moment within its natural rhythm.
