Born in Kenya, Jeannine Cook now lives in coastal Georgia and Spain. An artist, environmentalist and writer, she combines these energies as much as possible in the States and Europe.Metalpoint drawing is Cook's main medium. Since this thirteen-century-old medium is relatively unknown, she devotes considerable energies to promoting more knowledge and appreciation of its subtle, shimmering voice in exhibitions, workshops and writing.
