Nadia Bedei

My name is Nadia Bedei, I am an artist. I have been drawing all my life, I am a member of the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS).
I work in the genres of portrait and landscape. Most of my work is done in pastels. I chose pastel, it is ideal for me: a combination of the tenderness of the material and the power of possibilities. I use only high quality professional pigments and a foundation that allow my creations to last for centuries.
I like to paint light and movement in all their variety. I work mainly in my studio in Buenos Aires, transferring the impressions of what I saw to the picture and reflecting subtle nuances, creating a unique impression in my works.throughout life, depending on what or who we encounter. For me, at the moment, it was formed from observing the change of light and the plasticity of movements. I love the sea and mountains very much, there are many of them in my landscapes. At the same time, I like to portray the immediacy of animals or the characteristics of people.
