Nico Hensel

Nico Wolfgang Hensel was born in 1977 in southern Germany, married, two sons.
My father was a doctor and my mother a housewife.
Since 2004 I have been self-employed as a designer, developer, photographer, philosopher, interior designer and artist. I have been featured in various publications on typography in national media such as PAGE (magazine for digital design and media production), Novum (World of Graphic Design) and book publications such as "Webdesign Index" or "Fraktur mon Amour", Verlag Hermann Schmidt, Mainz, to name a few. Some of my own projects were presented on television in various formats, such as "Living extreme".I have been awarded with various design prizes over the years, such as the Red Dot Design Award, the IF Design Award or the nomination of the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany.
For someone who sees my work for the first time, I try to transform my knowledge of multiple communication using the golden ratio, through color, etc., which I learned in my design studies, into a unique visual aesthetic of my views on art. I try to create or photograph compositions and images that represent new stylistic devices.
When it comes to a favorite piece of art that I have created, honestly, I don't have one...
