Nikki Mckay

nikki mckay born Coventry U.K. in 1948, daughter of the cornish artist Jas R Richardson and dancer mother Jean Barradell, hense studied dance and art from birth.
Nikki Mckay trained as a dancer from the age of three
So most the work containes elements of dance. She is famous for her large ladies dancing, not as a voyeur but more as a participant in the moment.
work now includes sculptures.

Trained at Derby Art college, Bristol old Vic theatre school (Theatre design) and Trent university when it was still a Poly.
