Novita Permatasari

Novita Permatasari (b. 1993, Jakarta, Indonesia) will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts of Painting with Drawing minor from the Savannah College of Art and Design in June 2016. She has exhibited internationally at Hong Kong, Indonesia, and United States including shows at United Overseas Bank (UOB) Plaza, Indonesia, and Pilchuck Campus Gallery, Seattle WA. Currently, Permatasari is exploring the formal properties of art that perceived within different images and objects from the dwellings around her. This serves as a channel to understand how the surroundings affect the emotional discrepancies and time existing in-between.
