Paola Gasparotto

Born in Treviso, 1966. It diploma at the State Art and the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. She attended the section of painting and with particular interest the course of etching techniques, teachers and Franco Dugo and Gianfranco Quaresimin. In 1992, after academic studies she devoted himself to experimental etching techniques and painting concentrating their gaze on the figure of tree archetype as significant and imaginative places of nature. Since 2001 she lives and works in the town of Sedegliano, as a painter, engraver and illustrator naturalistic. Since 2004 begins a new cycle of works inspired by the Eastern philosophies particularly in Taoist and qi gong from which arise work on the theme of energy body, the breath of life, the golden flower, the tree alchemical.
