I have drawn and painted since childhood. I work mostly in acrylic, usually on canvas, although I also enjoy working in other media. My approach to painting is spontaneous and intuitive. I'm influenced by the nature as well by worn and weathered elements in the environment that reveal unusual colours, textures, and patterns.

I studied social science and marketing in Austria and UK and worked in the field of graphic design and marketing. While working I always kept a paint brush near. My love for painting never faded, and finally I decided I wanted to pursue a career as an independent artist.
