Welcome to my page. Here I invite you to a journey of discovery of visual expressions through the vibration of colours, textures and forms. The process of my work is a spiritual research into my true inner nature bringing
my mind to a state of oneness with all existence that expresses itself through me.
The main source of my inspiration is the Nature with all its complexity, and the oneiric world revealing itself through some of my works is a part of it.
Most of my works are created using traditional media and techniques, such as canvas, paper, cardboard, painted with oil and mixed media, I explore the structure of textures, collages of different materials, the vibration of colours through several layers of painting to create new compositions.
I hope that through my paintings I was able to bring to you that sense of deep presence and connection with nature that flows through me in the process of work.

E D U C A T I O N

Studied Art at the National Fine-Arts superior school in Lyon in France. (A third year certificate for the examinations)
1986 - 1989
Fine Arts course at the Academy of Repine in Saint-Petersbourg in Russia. Personal technical research in portraiture, nude etc.
1975 - 1981
MA in Architecture. Diploma Project: the restoration of VOROTNAVANK monastery in Sissian (Armenia)
