I am an artist who love painting and create art every day. My practice of painting includes classical support of oil,acrylic and ink on canvas.I explore shape, texture and the relationships between our bodies and the world around us and even our place in the universe.My paintings,cartoons and drawings feature bodies with parts obscured, disrupted,complete or missing altogether,ranging from small-scale to large-scale. Pitru’s work alternates between photorealism and varying degrees of abstraction.
