G. Olivieri Since the age of 4, I haven't put my paint brush down. I've always been inspired by the ocean. My love of art was born in Port Clyde, Maine. Was very fortunate to have worked for Malcom Morley from the Boston Museum of Art and to share grandpa's homemade spaghetti and meatballs with Andrew Wyeth. Everything there felt magical to me. Many of my paintings come from memories and feelings of all the healing energies that the ocean possesses. It is really my true home, my soul. I am drawn to the mystical air of the ocean as well. Love mermaid and dolphin legends, especially those that spawned from Edgar Cayce's Atlantis tales. There is a whole world that has never been explored. I paint from memories, dreams, and past life images from the subconscious. I would love for you to join me on my ocean journey as it continues to unfold!
