Raul Chapa (born July 8, 1992) is a mexican artist best known for his hyperrealistic pastel portraits.
Raul has been interviewed on several occasions, by press and television, including an interview with one of the most watched TV programs of Mexico, 'HOY' on channel 'TELEVISA'.
He is actually 23 and he's living in Monterrey, Mexico.
