Richard Cave

I am a disabled war veteran who has turned to art as a means of therapy. I sell my paintings to fund my art therapy. It takes me a long time to paint due to fatigue and depression. But once I am painting I forget the pain and it make my mind quiet. Painting for me is peace, I love animals and I try my hardest to capture the essence of their spirit. I paint in a loose impressionistic style, sometime naive I love colour and texture. I also sculpt and make models, compose music.
