Rodolfo Navarro

Rodolfo Navarro was born in Valencia in 1966 and spent his childhood in the studio of his father, goldsmith and jeweler and his mother, enamel artist. He came into contact with Rafael Pérez Contel at the age of 14 and since then a master-disciple relationship has been established as in the best of the Renaissance period. The close bond will continue until Rafael's death in May 1991. He sets up his first professional studio in Paris from 1991 to 1997.
He currently divides his time between his lliria workshops, Valencia (Spain), Beijing (China) and Villeveyrac (France).
Diploma in gemology by "The London Gemological Institute" and by the University of Gemmology of Barcelona.
Diploma in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Valencia, he obtained the Erasmus Scholarship in 1989. He finished his fifth year (1989-90) at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris (ENSBA).
