Roos & Chris Art

Since 2003, Roos and Chris Leddy have formed the international artist duo Roos&Chris.

Chris was born in 1975 in Voitsberg, a city in eastern Austria. When he was five years old, he moved with his parents and brother to Tirol, where he spent his childhood in the wonderful village of Westendorf in the mountains surrounded by pine trees.
As a child, he was already a true nature lover and he enjoyed roaming the woods, building tree houses and swimming in ice-cold mountain brooks.
After secondary school, he decided to study architecture at a higher vocational level.
However, when nearing the end of his studies, he realised that the theoretical part failed to hold his interest and he noticed that it did not suffice as a creative outlet.
Thus, Chris decided to move to Spain to work there for a while and to look for the right course for his life.
After living in Spain for four years, he still had not found what he was looking for, resulting in his move back to his home town where he met Roos in the winter of 2000...

Roos was born in 1974 in Nijmegen (the Netherlands) and grew up in the picturesque stronghold of Heusden, where she had a very happy childhood with her parents, brother and sister. She comes from a very creative fam...

Roos Leddy graduated in the direction ceramics and other mediums to the art academy at s-Hertogenbosch (Holland).Chris Leddy end up Austria where he graduated to the higher technical school as technical a draughtsman. As an artist he is self-educated person
