Ruchika Kawlra

Ruchika Kawlra Motwani, has been painting for the last 25 years. Ruchika started her art journey in Mumbai and then lived in San Francisco adding a different dimension to her portfolio. She has exhibited her works across India & USA, and is represented in numerous private collections in India, UK, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Sri Lanka and USA.

Ruchika, an accomplished artist had her creative side honed in through her career in advertising, graphic design, her Bachelor’s in Fine Art, and pursuing her Master’s from Academy of Art in San Francisco. Her work has evolved from gorgeous figurative, to now a rich portfolio in abstracts.

Her current collection of artwork serves as a reflective mirror, unveiling the intricate layers of human experience and the contradictions inherent in our emotions. At the core of her artistic practice lies a profound exploration of the human essence. Drawing inspiration from the myriad contexts of human existence—joy, sorrow, love, strength, and resilience—she meticulously crafts compositions that pulsate with vibrant energy and emotional vitality.

Ruchika has received her art education from Sir. J J school of Applied Art Mumbai India and The Academy of Art San Francisco USA.
