Printmaker/painter/photographer; Limited edition etchings, Paintings and Giclee prints of London,Rye, Hastings and textural images of coastal structures.

Mainly a printmaker specialising in detailed tonal etchings using elaborate combinations of soft ground and hard ground techniques. Picturesque views of Rye, Hastings and Kings Cross and more abstract images of peeling, faded paintwork, broken glass, rust and cracked, bleached wood.

It is these close-up and often ambiguous images; the result of manmade and natural structures slowly breaking up through weather and neglect that will be the main focus of future work...

Lived in Singapore,South Africa, Lesotho and Zambia before returning to England to go to Art School.Studied at Byam Shaw School of Art and North East London Polytechnic. Taught Etching and also Photography at Working Mens College. Lived for 15 years in Kings Cross before moving to Rye and lately Hastings.,
