Samo Art

My name is Samo. I was born in Trbovlje, Slovenia. Since graduation I have earned my daily bread and wine as a stage designer, haulier, graphic designer, librarian etc. My continuous drawing and carving have yielded over 30 solo exhibitions in my home country and internationally.

Most of all, I love sleeping.
Riding slowly on my bike.
Drawing with a pencil on smooth wood.
Tucking into a good cream cake.
Walking slowly through the woods.
Listening to silence.
Eating fresh air and…

Graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts in 1989.
