I work in several different mediums and techniques to create original art, limited editions, and custom fine art.

My imagery evolves from recurring icons and themes, which become the catalyst for emerging forms. Conceptually, my goal is to evoke emotion, elicit feeling and incite thinking. Some of my imagery is derived from origins of life including creation, reproduction and DNA. I begin by weaving these common denominators and interlacing the symbols to form patterns. Striving for the aesthetic balance, I visually entwine geometric shapes with organic lines, to create a new abstract interpretation.

By contrast, some of my paintings and prints are created with a more whimsical, painterly and representational style. I utilize a palette of bright or muted tones. Kinetic, yet tranquil compositions offer a moment of contemplation, harmony and internal reflection.

My process with the digital prints may start with fragments of my traditional lithographic print or monotype. With other work, I may add segments of original drawings, digital photography or acrylic paintings, then scan and manipulate. I create a visual "lexicon" to draft the linear and tonal palette.
