Artist’s Work Statement:
I use materials like "Industrial Oil on Canvas", Cement, Red -oxide or Tar, these are my ways of engaging with Urban/ecological concepts from an existential point of view. The geometry of Psychological architecture and time/measurement interests me as a “human act” while dealing with repetition, expanse, infinity and emptiness.
My work cannot be plainly termed as “Abstract”, though it deals in a way with concepts that aren’t about cognitive objects or figuration, instead of about properties like expansion, infinity, emptiness, fluidity and measurement and scale. Materiality is utterly important for my work as these indicate the content and our evolutional aspects.
