SAVIO was selected in 2024 as a Contributing Artist by L.A. Lakers "In The Paint" exhibit at UCLA Performance Center, Band of Vices art gallery in Los Angeles, and "Life in the Abstract" exhibit at Baldwin Avenue Gallery in Sierra Madre, featured in Artillery art magazine. Savio's sculpture was selected by the Laurel Foundation for their youth fundraising at Bonhams' "The Art of_" Auction in Hollywood, CA. Her paintings have been acquired by domestic and international art collectors in Memphis TN, Dallas TX and Twickenham Studios in London, UK through Saatchi Art Gallery and featured in Samsung TV 's "The Frame" digital art subscription service.

Alicia Savio is a LatinX artist inspired by her own immigrant experience in the urban environment of Los Angeles. Her training as a dancer enhances the strength of her drawing technique by providing a sense of movement to her figures and structures. Her use of colors and textures in oils and acrylics reveals an appreciation for painting abstract forms on canvas. Alicia's reCYCLEd series deconstructs the mechanical parts discarded by our society and extends their life cycle by providing insights to a deeper philosophical meaning, transitioning at the crossroads between life and spiritual plains.

SAVIO's paintings were featured in Warner Bros. film "Grumpier Old Men," starring Ann Margret, who plays an artist married to Jack Lemmon. SAVIO’s artwork was also used to decorate Darryl Hannah’s character’s home in the film. Director Howard Deutch acquired one of SAVIO's paintings from the movie for his art collection. She also created the artwork for the Los Angeles Tango Festival held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. This led to SAVIO being commissioned by the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Recreation to create the poster for "Tango Magic!" at the Hollywood Bowl, where L.A. Philarmonic conductor John Mauceri acquired a SAVIO painting for his art collection also. SAVIO has had many art gallery showings throughout the Southland, such as the Spring Street Gallery, FAD Gallery, Fine Art Gallery, the Long Beach Museum of Arts, the Jonathan Club, Gordon Gallery, Studio Gallery, Argentine American Cultural Foundation, Music Cinema Art, Master Gallery and Self-Help Graphics. SAVIO's art has travelled to New York City's Art EXPO, the Lt. Governor's Ball in Toronto, Canada and her work was also represented by Atlas Gallery in Chicago. Her work was exhibited in "Made in California: 1900- 2000" and "Wet Paint" at the Los Ange...
