Growing up on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, Scott spent the majority of his youth outside, exploring the mountains and the ocean. All this time spent chasing swells up and down the coast turned into a deep respect for the ocean, and in turn, the natural world.
Scott also holds a great passion for the animals of the ocean. From swimming with humpback whales in the South Pacific and green sea turtles on the Great Barrier Reef, to free diving with Galapagos sharks on the North Shore of Hawaii, Scott has had the opportunity to photograph many incredible marine creatures in their natural habitats.
Over time, Scott’s passion for the ocean was matched by the lure of the mountains, and shooting winter landscapes became another source of inspiration. Often, words aren’t enough to describe the sights and beauty of these natural landscapes, which is why Scott turns to his camera in order to show others the beauty he sees in these environments.
