Katerina Semenko

Award-winning digital artist and conceptual designer. Winner of over 30 prestigious international design awards, such as the A’Design Award, Italy, the James Dyson Award, United Kingdom, IDA, USA, Audi Best Practice Award. With her concepts Katerina become Product Design of the Year, IDA 2018 International Design Award, USA.

"I work in a mixture of two dimensional generative renderings, post-production editing and digital painting. Stylistically my works could be described as abstract digital expressionism. My art is a visual bit-to-bit translation of my unconscious feelings, interpretation of subtle senses and markers of genuine life. I choose shapes and colors by instinct c oncentrating on tiny elements matching, messing systems of color masses into fractals of lines and volumes. I grow my work from small parts to bigger whole, like atoms randomly gravitate to each other where gravitation is my current soul mood. I reflect the whole idea of the artpiece into its every pixel. By switching off my mind while working I give space for natural laws that form Earth both on macro and micro levels to take its place.
