lam an English Artist, who since 2005 has lived in France. My career in art began in both Primary and Secondary schools, Kitty French my art teacher also an acclaimed artist herself was probably the most influential woman to my career as an artist. After college I went on to study Sculpture at Hastings Art School where I fell in love with clay both sculptural and practicle.
After art school | worked alongside a great Master Potter, Michael Crosby Jones, who allowed me to discover almost every aspect of ceramic art. Ceramic art is a big part of my life but Painting is also a big part too.
My paintings are often inspired by my childhood memories that are very special to me. In my paintings i work alot with oil and acrylic.
Many chances fell my way during my time in the UK, i created The Sussex Festival of Art, exhibited in London, Cornwall and Sussex Galleries.
I exhibited alongside Stella, Heather and Mary Mc Cartney in a collective exposition at an Art gallery in Sussex .
My work has been featured in art magazines in the UK and here in France.
My work is collected by private art collectors from every corner of the globe. My art is sold all over the world mainly with the collaboration and support of Saatchi Art.
