Sophie Renoir

Sophie Renoir is a photographer and actress who allows herself to be guided by instinct in each of her creations. Born into a family of artists, she has inherited a unique way of perceiving life, things and the environments in which we live. From an early age, she observed the movement of people and the subtle changes in light on film sets. She believes that every moment captured is unique, and it's this magic that she seeks to capture in her photographs.

Sophie is inspired by the timeless contrasts of black and white, which she associates with a subtle mystery, and the vibrant bursts of color that illuminate her images, witnesses to the present moment. Her play with blur, which she never uses completely, enables her to focus attention on precise details, adjusting reality to show only what interests her.

An actress since the age of 13 and an accomplished photographer for some years now, she draws her inspiration from light, color and the nuances of black and white, letting her instincts guide every shot.
