Susanna Hatvani was born in Budapest, Hungary as daughter of an acknowledged painter, art in her life was present in abundance. She always loved drawing and painting, working with clay and yarn, just to mention a few.
Upon completing her MAs in Literature, Translation and Interpretation and Psychology in 2008, she decided to leave Hungary and travel to see more of the world and widen her perspective. After having lived and worked in Turkey, Greece and the Canary Islands she settled down in London, United Kingdom in 2010.
Once settled she started photography and painting on a professional level, finally being able to unfold and thrive in the modern London art scene.
In the first couple of years she focused on photography, but found her true calling in painting and mixed media.
Her first solo exhibition was in London, followed by exhibitions in Budapest, London and various online galleries.
Her art connects the intuition from right hemisphere with the consciousness of the left hemisphere, adding anchor points for the viewer to observe reality from a different perspective, yet...
