Chris Barnes

I was born in Wales, studied in Nottingham and now live and work in Folkestone.

I've finally given in to the fact that I need to make art.

I quit my day job to start painting in January 2013.

I'm also a beekeeper.

I usually work in acrylic using just 5 colours and a hairdryer. I paint, draw and etch faces mostly, but plan to do more wildlife pieces in the future.
