Todd Clark

For me, painting is an exercise brimming with possibilites. I enjoy the challenge of inventing images, exploring the many properties of paint and pushing myself to take risks outside my comfort zone. I respond to what’s created on the canvas in the moment, balancing play with informed, intensional decisions. Through this process, the unexpected grants me a limitless sense of freedom.
