I am looking to create dialogue around the themes of gathering and dissolution.
Using elements of the outside world to reflect inner perceptions.
I am appropriating the hungry ghost (budhist concept)mythology in order to espress either personal or societal dynamics in our continous search.
Landscapes reflecting inner realities and my views on the world.
Using elemnts such as water to represent mainly life and my response observing it.
Background of a mountain as a symbol of the spiritual seeker;Outside point of balance(Jesus
Christ,Guru,path of the master.)
Main spheres in landscapes to represent gross(mountain), life as water and sky as the most sublte aspect(holy spirit/grace) that is usually portrait as raining or going down as a methaphor of the above coming to us.
My work is driven by a desire to explore the mysteries and complexities of the human experience, and to create work that is meaningful and thought-provoking for the viewer. My interest in spiritual and philosophical subjects, and the use of symbolism and metaphor to convey deeper truths and insights, are key elements of my artistic vision.
