Gilberto Villasana was born in Mexico City in 1972.
Since childhood, he develops an interest in art and history. The art of Ancient Egypt, the Renaissance, and even Pop Art have marked his trajectory.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Fine Arts and a Master's in Professional Photography.
In photography, he has developed into photojournalism, food photography, architecture, portraiture, and landscape.
Within graphic design, he has worked in the advertising industry and in poster minimalism.
He has presented four photographic exhibitions and has four awards in design and photography.
He lives and works in the Mexican southeast and does black and white photography and digital illustration.
