Whitney Avra

Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Whitney Avra is a contemporary mixed-media artist working with vintage portraiture photography to explore ideas about female identity. She considers herself a visual storyteller sharing a point-of-view.

Whitney has exhibited at The Elisabet Ney Museum in Austin, TX, and her artwork has been featured in The Austin Chronicle, Austin CultureMap, and Glass Tire. Pieces by Whitney belong in private collections internationally.
