Yifang Wu

Ms Yifang Wu graduated from the Taipei National University of the Arts and has received the D'Honneur Award from the International Exhibition of Painting Zillisheim. France, in 2015.She has taught creative art from her own studio in Taipei.
She now currently focuses on creative aspects of feelings and dreams and uses oil on canvas to express her deep felt incomplete dreams of real life. Yet expressing them through the symbolism of heartfelt experience in a series of intense powerful paintings that command attention. Then lead the viewer into a realm where only sensitive and accomplished artists dwell.
The images are often surreal impressions that lead the viewer into a dream of emotion and clearly the artist's feelings of depth and intensity with hope yet unfulfilled .
Her images are powerful, and striking, yet also lead the viewer to examine every millimeter of the canvas to further grasp the subtlety expertly expressed.
