Yoshie Allan

Visual artist Yoshie Allan has over 18 years of experience in illustration, design, and mixed media art. She creates playful, expressive works that explore natural forms, emotional harmony, and life’s quiet poetry. Based in the UK and working internationally – including with clients in Japan – she enjoys connecting people through exhibitions, workshops, and creative collaborations.

2006 Solo exhibition Yoshie Fondre, linked to her debut picture book launch, organised by publisher (LAPNET SHIP Harajuku, Tokyo).

2007–2009 Pop-up exhibitions linked to her 2nd-4th picture book launches and campaigns, including book signing events and workshops, organised by publishers (Tokyo, Kyoto, Kumamoto, and across Japan).

2010 Selected as one of 13 artists for the WWF charity art campaign Kiss the Earth at ISETAN department store (Tokyo, Japan).

2014–2018 Presented solo exhibitions and trade shows as Sas and Yosh, a creative duo (London, Paris, Japan).

2022 Participated in ArigaTo The World, a group exhibition featuring seven artists (Sway Gallery, London), and group and pop-up exhibitions (Hertfordshire UK & Japan)

2023 Solo exhibition Hide & Seek (YEAST Shibuya, Tokyo), Solo exhibition Chatty Collage Flowers (Petit Peche, Fukushima, Japan), Joint exhibition Art House Vol. 1 – Stuart Jones x Yoshie Allan (Hertfordshire, UK).
