Zaizhi Monfon

The basis of my work is the exploration of nature's visual elements, the presence and image of human beings and their environment. Blending this with the imaginarium of organic and inorganic elements that surround us along with the idea of representing the constant change, matter transfiguration, the idea or purpose that in essence we are all one, despite our differences. I have been influenced by the lowbrow style, the traditional American and Japanese tattoo.

Graduate from the Michoacana University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo formal the Popular Faculty of Fine Arts. Founding member of Nurite Gráfico workshop and co founder of Insecto Negro workshop. Awarded in 2014 with the aquisition single prize in the younger than 35 category of the efrain Vargas painting and stamp state encounter.
