Olga Anthony is a classically trained artist who studied at the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she developed a strong technical foundation and a lasting respect for traditional painting.
After an early creative career in design, she returned fully to fine art, building a practice centered primarily on plein air painting. Working outdoors allows her to capture light, atmosphere, and subtle tonal shifts with authenticity and immediacy, while select works are refined in the studio.
Having lived in Mauritius for over a decade, Olga draws continuous inspiration from the island’s lush landscapes, tropical vegetation, and vibrant natural palette. Her paintings balance classical structure with expressive color, creating compositions that evoke calm, presence, and a refined connection to nature.
Olga created a distinctive collector series inspired by the sculptural beauty and design heritage of classic automobiles. These paintings translate precision, movement, and craftsmanship into a fine art context, appealing to collectors with a passion for both art and design.
