Pamela Annabelle is a figurative Painter working in Arizona and California, USA. She has completed private collection commission works and painted images for artist shows and announcements for a variety of disciplines including visual artists and musicians. Her work has been shown internationally, most recently a solo show at Art Show International in London, UK. Rooted in my lifelong passion for painting, drawing, ceramics, and sculpture, I create large-scale figurative oil paintings that embody the stories of individuals and the emotions that connect us all. Growing up in Detroit, I was surrounded by industrial strength and resilience, a duality that continues to inspire my work. My education at Cranbrook Academy nurtured my artistic foundation and shaped my fascination with capturing the essence of humanity in every brushstroke. I strive to create work that is at once deeply personal and universally resonant, inviting viewers to see fragments of their own journeys in my art.
Through a palette of bold hues and expressive forms, my paintings explore themes of culture, climate, politics, identity, and transformation. They reflect my desire to preserve the fleeting moments of emotion that define our life experiences in a particular place and time.
