Sticky Paper Studios

Liz Valenti is a British paper artist based in Gloucestershire, England. Working under the name Sticky Paper Studio, she creates intricate sculptural works that explore the relationship between paper, pattern, craftsmanship, and form.

Originally trained in fashion and textiles, her practice draws on a lifelong fascination with decorative surfaces, historical dress, and material transformation. Using carefully selected papers and hand construction techniques, she transforms everyday forms into highly detailed sculptural objects that sit between art, design, and craft.

Her work is recognised for its distinctive use of paper as a sculptural medium, combining technical precision with a strong narrative and decorative sensibility. Each piece is individually handmade and reflects a deep appreciation for pattern, structure, and storytelling.
