Piotr Konczarek

My name is Peter Konczarek.
I was born and raised in Poland, in Cracow on July 28,1958. Currently I live also in this place.
In my painting I draw inspiration from nature and contact with old impressionist painting. My painting is realistic, there are landscapes, portraits and sometimes fantastic compositions. I am often inspired by the beauty of trees, sometimes animals and people.
I have always been interested in art and have been painting from an early age. During my studies, I worked on vacation as a street portrait artist in Paris, London, Aix en Provance and in Poland - in Warsaw, Krynica , and Rabka.
After graduating, I worked as an art conservator, preserving many wall and easel paintings.
I live and work in Krakow and abroad in various parts of the country.
I am married and have three daughters

Secondary School named after I finished King Jan Sobieski in Krakow in 1977.I completed two fields of higher education:
Faculty of Sanitary and Water Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology
Faculty of Conservation of Works of Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
