Hemavathy Guha

Born in karaikudi, Tamilnadu, India and educated in Delhi and chennai .Interested in fine arts from childhood. My works have always dealt with people, their problems and the environment. While earlier my works dealt only with my immediate surroundings, now it is more global and address universal issues.I have been inspired by Andy warhol .I am also inspired by Barbara Hepworth who had triplets and worked ceaselessly.

Studied in college of arts and crafts,chennai and also have studied diploma in museology and certificate in art appreciation from National Museum, New Delhi. Post diploma in cultural informatics from IGNCA,Delhi. Participated in exhibitions at national and international level. Exhibited in various parts of India.,
