Based in the Colombian countryside near the Sisga Reservoir, I am a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores emotional landscapes through the lens of nature and animal symbolism. My paintings often portray fauna as expressive characters — silent storytellers that embody personal anecdotes, memories, or reflections of people I’ve encountered throughout life. Each piece emerges from an intuitive and layered process, blending bold colors, textured brushwork, and narrative hints that invite viewers to interpret their own stories. Animals in my work are not just subjects — they are metaphors, vessels of emotion, and masks through which I explore vulnerability, transformation, and the complexity of human experience. Working mainly with acrylic and mixed media on canvas, I create visual worlds that feel both vibrant and contemplative. My practice is deeply connected to the act of observation — of nature, of others, and of the inner self. Beyond the studio, I design and facilitate creative workshops focused on connection and expression through collaborative art-making. These encounters nurture my belief that art is not only a personal journey, but a bridge between people and the unseen layers of their own experience. In parallel, I also explore the poetry and humor of everyday life — painting bottles of wine, cats with opinions, and the quiet drama of domestic rituals. These works, both playful and reflective, allow me to channel irony, tenderness, and social commentary through familiar objects and expressive dialogue. My work lives at the intersection of intuitive creation, natural imagery, and the quiet emotional stories we often leave untold.
