After a tour of duty with the U.S. Navy, I was classically trained at "The Chicago Academy of Fine Arts. Needless to say art has been Jim's interest since day one!

The selection on the "New Paintings" page were executed with Iridescent Acrylics applied by hand and airbrush on gallery wrapped canvases .

Based on the viewing position of the viewer you will notice color shifts on the surface of the painting. Therefore the paint surface reflects the environment the painting is being viewed in.
