12"x12" dry pastel drawing on paper. Spiritual concepts series. "The Surrender" is something that has been very persistently demanding my attention in recent years. It has been always a painful process, because something had to go in order for something new come into existence. It's carries with it growth with pains and sorrows and discomfort while living in the unknown. Till suddenly you realize that it is indeed a never-ending process of us evolving to our "awake" selves. -Too bad that we don't know how to just "bulk surrender" everything at once, so we are done with it and the suffering of it all!
