At a very young age Christopher J. Stuart sensed his vocation as an artist, winning his first art competition by the age of 10. This passion led him to pursue an Art degree from Northern Illinois University where in 2003 he graduated at the top of his class. Stuart has shown extensively throughout the Chicagoland and New York City Metro area. His work populates collections in the United States and internationally. An accomplished oil painter, he has also explored the genres of photography, sculpture, mosaic, ceramics, silkscreen and is a published poet. Stuart currently resides in Chicago with his dog Arbus.
