Aeidy Kassimba, a Mozambican artist born in 1976, is a talented multidisciplinary artist known for his works in abstract art, sculpture, and photography. In recent years, he has risen to prominence, with his pieces being sold in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Despite limited exposure, he collaborates with renowned interior decorators both inside and outside of Mozambique. His unique style, blending contemporary and traditional elements, has garnered a loyal base of collectors and collaborators. A self-taught artist by nature, Aeidy Kassimba was heavily influenced by his family. His brother, a celebrated portrait artist, and his father, an avid collector of African art paintings and sculptures, instilled in him an appreciation for art from a young age. He initially embarked on a career in art commerce but was ultimately drawn to the world of artistic creation. This connection between art trading and artistic expression proved to be a critical asset in his swift ascent.
