ABOUT THE ARTWORK
At a library used book sale I fished this beat-up WW2 Special Issue of Flying magazine out of a box. The price on the cover was 50 cents back in 1943. On the cover the going price written in pencil was 35cents. Loving Aviation and the photograph of the B-24 Liberator bombers I naturally grabbed it. I loved this magazine so much I decided to paint it cover, spine and page edges. I don't mind parting with the painting. I still have the magazine.
